Returns
- We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Postage should be arranged by the customer.

- All returns are inspected upon receipt by our team, if the above criteria are not met, we are unable to issue a refund. The refund amount will be returned minus the original shipping and return amounts.
Returns Instructions
1. Registered Customers
- Log into your account > Account Settings > Orders > Select Order You Want to Return > Click 'Start a return’
- Fill out information > Click ‘Submit return’ button
- Choose your own carrier service and return item(s) to appropriate return address below
- Please include Return# on the label when returning your item(s) to us
2. Unregistered Customers
- Please submit a help request here to connect with our customer support team to provide you with your Return#
- Please include Return# on your label when returning your item(s) back to us
